At Oasis Farm Fresh, we are committed to delivering the highest quality fresh fruits, juices, and beverages. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.


 Returns Policy

As our products are perishable and made fresh, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

  •  Wrong item delivered
  •  Damaged or spoiled product at the time of delivery
  •  Missing items in your order

Any issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.


 Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:

  • The complaint is verified by our team
  • Proof (photo/video) is shared at the time of complaint

Once approved:

  •  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  •  Refund time: 3–5 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

 Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit for future purchases

 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delay in consumption leading to spoilage
  • Incorrect storage by the customer
  • Minor variations in taste/appearance (natural for fresh products)
